Our recent stay in a friendly family-run hotel left us impressed. We found the location of the hotel to be perfect. the ski lifts were just a short walk away and it was easy to access the surrounding ski areas. the rooms were cozy and had a beautiful view of the mountains. the bathroom was a bit small but the shower was always hot. the food was excellent with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
The lack of apres-ski activities at the hotel.

This hotel in a valley with little in the way of 'night life' was an absolute gem. the location couldn't have been better - just a 2-minute walk from the lifts to the mountains. It made getting to the slopes a breeze every morning. Secondly, the staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. They made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. And finally, the rooms themselves were cozy and comfortable, with good firm beds ensuring a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the basic amenities to the delicious breakfast each morning. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

Great snow, amazing slopes and the location was perfect for skiing and relaxation. The hotel was cozy, with a friendly atmosphere that made us feel at home. We especially appreciated the local cuisine that was served, and the quality of the food was fantastic. Plus, the view from our room was breathtaking!
Although we loved the location for skiing, we found that it was a bit off the beaten path for nighttime activities. We had to take a bus to the town center to find any entertainment, which wasn't always convenient.

I loved the convenient access to the ski slopes, which were just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The ski rental shop was also very close by, which made it easy for me to rent all the necessary gear. The location of the hotel in the Borgata valley was peaceful and quiet, and there was plenty of parking available out front. The hotel facilities were great, and I enjoyed spending time in the cosy bar/lounge area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and spoke English fluently, which made communication very easy.
Almost perfect.

Best aspects of my New Year stay: Great hot shower and comfortable bed were the two things I liked most about the hotel. the location was also convenient with chair lifts just a short walk away. I enjoyed skiing down the slopes at the end of each day. the breakfast was delicious with a wide range of continental options.
Worst aspects of my New Year stay: Unfortunately, the hotel lacked any atmosphere on New Year's Eve and there weren't any activities or celebrations arranged for the occasion. the hotel was in a quiet area with no chance to socialize, and the bar had limited opening hours.
